Abusive Guardians Violate Innocent Victims--Good Guardians Don't

LIDYA ABRAMOVICI

I was born in Venezuela where my parents came after the war from Roumania, they were escaping from persecution. To them, Venezuela was their country and they were happy there, they loved living there.  I moved to USA 41 years ago.  I graduated from University of Connecticut with a major in Science, I also am licensed in Real Estate for the past 30 years.  I live in Aventura, Florida.

I am one of the founders of the group AAAPG since my mother PERLA BRIEF DE ABRAMOVICI was the victim of a Guardianship in Miami Dade under judge Maria Korvick in Probate Courts.

Subject: Forced Guardianship
Message: Hello to whomever it may concern, I am in my 40's and very competent and intelligent and have always been so, but to make a long story short my biological father whom on July 16th of this year I have disowned all because of his betrayal against me he went behind my back and has petitioned the court to have me in an unneeded and an unwanted guardianship and this was secretly done in 2010 -2011 and up to now and has dumped me twice in an old folks home against my will. and I am fighting back I am standing up for my human rights because they have been so violated and I want out of this forced guardianship asap and the only reason why he has done this is because he is an over-controlling man as well as very abusive verbally and emotionally and that is the only reason why he has done this unjust thing to me. and I want to get the word out that guardianship needs to go because it is just another form of modern day slavery. and guardianship hasn't done anyone any good. but only has made individuals feel as though they are less of a person. thank you for your time. and I look forward to hearing from you when you are able to do so. jennie. injustice anywhere is a threat to justice everywhere
